Frequently asked Questions

We will dispatch your order within:
1-3 working days – In Stock Products;
3-7 working days – Handmade To Order.

All orders are sent via Hermes with the delivery option, you choose.
You will receive the tracking number.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, You’ve got up to 14 days from when it arrives in order to cancel.

If you want to cancel your order, please email us at contact@nillahandmade.com with the subject line “Cancel Order”. You will get further 14 days to return the item.

In order to receive the refund or be able to exchange, item must be return unused and unopened.

We are just human, and mistakes happen. Please inform us ASAP with new shipping details.
Unfortunately, once we dispatch the parcel, the delivery address cannot be changed.
In this case, we will cancel the order, and within 14 days we will refund your money to this same payment method that has been used.

IMPORTANT: Delivery cost is not refundable, and will be deducted.

Once your parcel will be dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

You can receive parcels across the UK – the only exemptions are the Channel Islands, PO Boxes and British Forces Post Office locations.

Some locations in the UK are more expensive to deliver to than others, for instance, some may require sending parcels using ferries or are located further from our depots. Because of this, a limited number of postcodes have a small location charge of £2.40 when sending and delivering to those locations.

HS – Outer Hebrides
IM – Isle of Man
ZE – Shetland Islands
IV – Inverness
KW – Kirkwall
